Hinoto Commission - The Orator

Hinoto. Half Bosmer, Half Imperial. City guard of Solitude and the voice of justice in Haafingar. Born in 4E 176 as a result of an Aldmeri soldier having a little too much... "fun" with the wife of a wealthy merchant during sacking of the Imperial City. She grow from childhood cut off from the rest of the world, not due to her tainted lineage and a local hatred of elves, but because she was born blind, and with hair as white as a blizzard. Not long after her 6th birthday, a gorgeous woman appeared in her dreams. It was one of the Divines, Dibella. The goddess simply smiled at the blind girl and kissed her forehead... the next morning, Hinoto could see.... sorta (think of it like a blurry misty sense of where everything around you is).

Despite still being sheltered, Hinoto would sneak out at night and explore the city... but she didn't feel comfortable anymore, and as the years multiplied she became more and more agitated.
When the third century of the fourth era began, she had had enough. She stole her family's sword, packed what she could carry, sold what valuables she could steal from her mother and ran away from home. With no real knowledge of the world around her, she randomly picked a direction and started to walk. In the following months she taught herself basic swordplay and learned many handy skills from caravan travelers.
On one crisp morning, just as she was finishing packing her camp, a group of Imperial Soldiers bagged and dragged her away. She'd been caught in the middle of a trap to catch Ulfric Stormcloak, along with a horse thief from Roriksted, an Orc bard and a young Nord woman who later turned out to be the fabled "Dragonborn"... and Hinoto's future arch-nemesis!

A near beheading, dragon attack and a wacky chase scene later, all that surrounded Hinoto was Skyrim's forests and a young Orc woman tired from running. The pair had managed to squeeze out of a small window of the Helgen keep after retrieving most of their belongings and evaded recapture or being munched on by a flying lizard. The long hike to the nearest town was made shorter by introductions, idle conversation, storytelling and even a bit of a music lesson. Hinoto had found her first real friend; Nyur.

Both with nowhere to go and purses quickly running out of septims to live on, Hinoto took the easiest job she could think of, guarding the safest city in Skyrim. The pay was great, the locals were nice, the rent was cheap..... then the Dragonborn returned...

It was the end of Hinoto's first real shift as a guard... when the Thu'um was first heard since the murder of the King. Villagers panicked, sweetrolls were trampled, chickens were tossed in every direction as the young Nord named Valkari ransacked the the city.... LOOKING FOR QUESTS... Hinoto was furious, no way in Oblivion she would let this stand! She confronted the crazed dragonlady and firmly demanded she cease and desist! ........to bad she was talking to a tree. Valkari laughed and continued her rampage, leaving the poor blind guard to weep and clutch her family's blade.

On that day, Hinoto was plagued with random distortions in her goddess-given sight, forever earning her the place of Solitude's Clumsiest Guard. But also on that day, she swore that Valkari would be brought to justice, and with Nyur at her side, such a task might even be slightly possible!

I figured it was about time to get a commission of Hinoto, the only major OC I haven't had a pic done of yet, and when it comes to Skyrim pics, there is only ONE person to go to!
